Comprising an eight level heritage façade (built in c.1892) fronting Martin Place and an interconnecting 19 level office tower fronting Pitt Street constructed in the 1970s.
Amongst a number of heritage conscious upgrades throughout the buildings history, a full refurbishment of the ground floor entry lobby was completed in September 2019, and new End of Trip and bike facilities completed in 2024.
