Are the retail spaces suitable for a range of tenant sizes and use?

Yes. The retail spaces within our portfolio range from occupancy within a retail centre to ground floor accommodation in a commercial office building.

Can the space be customised or refitted?

Yes, depending on the space, building and agreed lease contract/incentives.

Is the space furnished or unfurnished?

This varies across out portfolio and is best discussed directly with our team so that we can find the best solution for your business.

Do you offer hybrid models?

Most of our retail lease arrangements are on traditional lease agreements, however there is opportunity to speak to our team directly on potential flexible lease agreements.

Do you have available retail space for lease in Sydney?

Yes, our portfolio offers retail space within commercial buildings in Sydney, as well as key markets across Australia, including The Oasis shopping centre in Broadbeach Queensland.
