Yes. The offices in our portfolio range from whole floors to single desks, function spaces and meeting rooms.

Are private offices available?

Are open plan or fitted offices available?

Yes. Both open plan and fitted offices are available throughout our portfolio.

Can the space be customised or refitted?

Yes, depending on the space, building and agreed lease contract/incentives.

Is the space furnished or unfurnished?

This varies across out portfolio and is best discussed directly with our team so that we can find the best solution for your business. The workspaces within our Flex by Abacus offering are fully furnished, complete with meeting rooms and kitchen facilities.

Do you offer hybrid and flexible working models?

Yes. Our flexible working model, Flex by Abacus, is a white labelled coworking environment that allows individuals or businesses to use the space in a manner less restrictive than a traditional, fixed term lease. Read more here.
