Abacus is embarking on a staged rollout of digital access control credentialing using Bluetooth technology. This innovation is becoming more accepted across many industries and presents significant advantages to tenants and their employees.

Aside from the obvious benefit of access control in your smartphone (no more fobs or cards to forget or lose), the technology significantly improves access control integrity making our tenants, their employees, equipment and belongings safer.

With digital access control:

• Access permissions can be revoked without the need to take possession of multiple fobs or swipe cards.
• Smartphones are less likely to be misplaced saving time and money in office administration on fob and swipe card replacements.
• Access permissions can be issued to new employees or visiting employees prior to arrival.
• Employees visiting your office periodically need not carry that extra fob or card.
